For teams of ten or more individuals, Work Insights only displays organisational data in aggregate views. Admins with the ability to adjust the aggregate view threshold for their domain to more than 10 persons have access.
Executive personnel, such super administrators and delegate admins, can be granted access to Work Insights reports. This allows them to keep track of the overall status of their Google Workspace implementation.
When you enable Work Insights, you'll get a month's worth of data. Comparing data from the prior month is a good idea.
